5. Subscriptions and Payments
When you subscribe to Budis Plus or any paid tier, you understand that all purchases are final. We do not process refund requests for subscriptions. Please review the subscription details carefully before confirming your purchase.
6. Security and Responsible Disclosure
If you discover any bug, vulnerability, security flaw, or loophole in Budis, you agree to report it immediately to tech@budis.in rather than exploiting it. We appreciate your help in keeping the platform safe for everyone.
7. Disclaimer
Budis, including its design, features, content, branding, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, clone, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative products that are based on Budis without prior written permission from the owner.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we do, your continued use of Budis constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
